The Brunch Club Worldwide Terms & Conditions
By completing any purchase of tickets, to the events sold on the Like It Love It website, you are accepting the following terms and conditions which will apply to all tickets purchased for respective dates under the brand organised by the event promoter, The Brunch Club.
For these terms and conditions, the following parties are listed with their responsibilities thereafter;
The Seller / The Ticket Provider– Like It Love It / FIXR
You are purchasing your ticket from the seller Like It Love It. Your ticket will be provided by their industry partner Fixr, The Ticket Provider, who will provide all tickets to you, the purchaser. The purchaser will receive their tickets via secure email with all transactional emails sent to the email the purchaser delegated at the point of purchase. The seller, Like It Love It, will endeavour to provide up to date, accurate information for all experiences that are listed on the Like It Love It website. Like It Love It cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information, no liability is accepted for information listed incorrectly on the website.
The Event Promoter – The Brunch Club
The promoter, The Brunch Club, has listed their own event experience on the website, Like It Love It. The promoter will endeavour to provide and list all event experiences with accurate information that best reflects the event experience. You, the purchaser, are responsible for all purchases made for the named event. The Event Promoter will provide all Like It Love It customers with an event that delivers the advertised experience to the best of their abilities. The event promoter assumes all responsibility in dealing with customers enquiries. The Event Promoter is responsible for all and any matters that may arise directly related to the running and delivery of the event experience. The Seller has no control over such matter and is indemnified from all retrospective liabilities. The Event Promoter will adhere to the Terms and Conditions agreed between The Purchaser and The Seller, as set out below;
The Purchaser / Purchased Tickets - You
For the purpose of these Terms and conditions, The Purchaser, is You, or anyone who has purchased the tickets and is therefore considered the lead booker. The Purchaser is responsible for all tickets purchased and will be deemed as the representative of all accompanying ticket holders. All tickets purchased via The Sellers website, or any other third-party website, will adhere to these terms and conditions regardless of the country / region an event may take place. All attendees issued with tickets via this website, or any third-party website for the named event, will be subject to the rules and regulations of the venue hosting the event, including and not limited to health and safety regulations, entry restrictions, age related restrictions, safety protocols as defined and enforced by governing laws.
All tickets purchased from The Seller, Like It Love It, are non-refundable.
All booking fees are charged by The Seller, Like It Love It, & remain non-refundable in all instances of cancelation or postponement. The Seller provides a service between The Promoter, The Brunch Club, and The Purchaser, You, and this service remains regardless of event outcomes. By choosing to purchase any product listed on The Sellers website, you acknowledge and agree to pay for this service in the form of a booking fee, clearly stated at checkout.
All tickets listed by The Seller, Like It Love It are designated by The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club. All tickets are listed on a first come first served basis & may incorporate escalating tiered ticket types. Neither The Seller, Like It Love It or The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club provide permission for reselling or ticket touts.
The Purchaser, and all accompanying ticket holders assume all risks and danger incidental to the event, for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The Purchaser agrees to inform all ticket holders of terms and conditions listed here. The Purchaser and all ticket holders agree that the management, venue, event participants, ticketing platform and all respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims of liability arising from such cases regardless of causes prescribed by any such claimant.
The Brunch Club Event Tickets
The Brunch Club tickets listed on The Sellers website, Like It Love It, may vary in terms of title and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to understand what tickets include and what ticket type has been purchased. Neither The Seller, Like It Love It, or The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, are responsible for any mistakes resulting from the purchase of wrong tickets.
There are three types of Brunch event; Bottomless Brunch, Boozy Brunch and Party Brunch.
All events are listed and sold on a per booking ticket type, ranging from “Bookings of 2”, to “Bookings of 9” and are not available individually. The tickets will provide The Purchaser and accompanying ticket holders with entrance for the stipulated number of people defined by the “Booking of” For all group bookings of 10 or more people, The Promoter classifies these bookings as “Large Group Bookings” and are detailed below.
Large Group Bookings – For “Bookings of 10 or More”, please contact The Brunch Club customer service team HERE for availability and group booking requests. Customers who purchase multiple booking types may not be able to be seated together, and neither The Seller, nor The Event Promoter are obliged to accommodate any refund requests due to large groups not seated together on the day of the event. By requesting a large group booking, The Event Promoters customer service team will be able to assist you and ensure you have the best possible event experience.
The Brunch Club lists various ticket types that include:
– Bottomless Brunch Bookings - Bottomless Brunch tickets provide the purchaser and accompanying ticket holders entrance to the event, reserved seating, one meal choice per confirmed ticket, and bottomless drinks as defined and outlined in the event experience description and important info. Bottomless drinks are served one glass per person, at a time, and drinks will be refilled once the glass is empty. Some of our venues offer “Restricted View Bookings”. By purchasing this ticket type you agree that the tables used to accommodate your booking will not have a direct view of the stage / performance space. All tables will remain reserved for the ticket holders through the event, and all guests can join the main entertainment space after the bottomless period has ended.
– Boozy Brunch Bookings - Boozy Brunch tickets provide the purchaser and accompanying ticket holders entrance to the event, reserved seating, one meal choice per confirmed ticket, and a set number of drinks as defined and outlined in the event experience description and important info). Some of our venues offer “Restricted View Bookings”. By purchasing this ticket type The Purchaser agrees that the tables used to accommodate your booking will not have a direct view of the stage / performance space. All tables will remain reserved for the ticket holders through the event, and all guests can join the main entertainment space after the bottomless period has ended.
– Dance & Party Tickets – Entrance Only Some event experiences offer an event entrance only ticket. These tickets are supplied as standing tickets. No seating is provided; no food or drink is included in this ticket type. Please note these tickets cannot be accommodated with other ticket types that have seating included
– Dance & Party Tickets – Seat + Entrance Some event experiences offer an event entrance only ticket with reserved table seating option. These tickets are supplied as entrance tickets with reserved designated seating for the entirety of the event. No food or drink is included in this ticket type.
Adding Extra Guests
You may be able to add an “extra person” to your existing booking. You may request an additional guest to join the table you have booked. Please note this is a ‘request only’ and is in no way guaranteed as the events are sold on a per table basis used to accommodate the inventory of “Bookings of” ticket types listed on The Sellers website. The event is not sold on a per person basis, unless you have booked a Dance & Party – Entrance Only Ticket. If there is a larger booking option available, an advisor may be able to exchange the larger table for the table you have booked. You will be sent a payment link to complete the upgrade. Should The Purchaser fail to pay for the extra person, the entire booking maybe put on hold and entrance to the event will be void. Please do not book extra tables unless all the spaces are required. If The Purchaser completes a booking for more guests than required, neither The Seller, nor The Event Promoter will be obliged to refund any part of the purchase. The purchaser will not be entitled to a refund for one person and so forth with larger bookings. Sitting Next To Each Other
Venues hosting these event experiences, vary from city to city. Only some tables can be accommodated together, or next to each other. We use hundreds of different venues with very different floor plans. Some tables are fixed and cannot be moved. If you have a group booking, the venue staff will do their best to seat everyone together and will not split groups up over different areas of the event space. Cancelled / Postponed / Re-scheduled Events
Cancellation Policy
Occasionally events may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control. When a change occurs all customers will be contacted to advise them of the changes that have affected the event they have purchased.
All customers will be automatically moved to the new confirmed date. The Brunch Club may offer a short window to accommodate refund requests. Please note all refund request made after any cut-off date will not be due a refund. All events listed on this website will adhere to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation by The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club.
Due to circumstances outside of their control, The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, may cancel an event at any time;
– Cancelled (Step 1)
In instances where The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, has cancelled an event due to circumstances outside of their control, The Seller, Like It Love It, will issue all customers a store credit - You will be informed that your booking has been exchanged for a store credit to be used without limitation to any city or event theme, valid for 365 days from the date of issue (some brand exclusions may apply - It is your responsibility to contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE).
– Cancelled (Step 2)
Event Refund - In some instances The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, may contact you & confirm an event refund has been granted for your purchase. It is your responsibility to contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE, for a refund from The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club. Refunds are limited to 28 days from the event cancellation notice. If you do not request a refund within 28 days of the cancellation notice you will forfeit your refund and will be provided with a store credit to be used without limitation to the city or event theme, valid for 365 days from the date of issue (some brand exclusions may apply - It is your responsibility to contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE).
Postponement of Events
The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, reserves the right to postpone any event due to any circumstances outside of their control.
The Seller, Like It Love It & The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, does not accept any liability for costs incurred due to postponements of an event, neither party are obliged to offer any compensation.
The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, will announce a new event date, for a new event Postponement date within 90 days of your cancelation email.
The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, will offer a store credit that can be used without limitation to the city or event theme listed on our website, valid for 365 days from the date of issue (some brand exclusions may apply - It is your responsibility to contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE). No refunds are granted in cases of event postponement.
Re-Scheduled Events
The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, reserves the right to re-schedule any event due to any circumstances outside of their control.
The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, will announce a new event date for the re-scheduled event within your cancelation email.
The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, will provide you with a replacement ticket to the new re-scheduled date. If you cannot attend the re-scheduled event date, contact the Like It Love It' Customer Service Team HERE for further assistance. Please note tickets remain non-refundable. Any booking amendments will be at the discretion of The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club.
Refunds
In instances where refunds have been agreed by The Event Promoter, all refunds will be processed within 8 working days, following the purchasers refund request. All refunds are instant but may be delayed due to card processing times. Please allow up to an additional 8 working days for the banks to process the refund. The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. These charges are for the processing of payments when making a booking on this website. These fees are not retained by the event promoter.
Last Minute Cancellations
It is The Purchasers’ responsibility to check whether an event has been changed or amended in any way. The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, will endeavour to notify ticket holders of any changes to events they have listed and will strive to provide customers with information at least 24 hours before the event date. On rare occasions, events may be cancelled within 24 hours of the event taking place and so customers may not always receive notifications before the time of the event. Such instances cannot be helped, and neither The Event Seller, Like It Love It, nor The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, will be liable for compensation due to costs incurred due to last minute cancellations.
Force Majeure
If an event is rescheduled due to an ‘Act of God’ and/or any miscellaneous circumstances put in place by the local or national government, The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, obtains the unlimited right to offer a postponement notice. In such circumstances, if no new date can be confirmed within 90 days, The Promoter will offer the purchaser a credit for any future event with them that has been listed on this website. Should the purchaser decline this offer, The Seller, Like It Love It, will automatically award the purchaser a store credit (equal to the value of the original ticket) that can be used without limitation to the city or event theme listed on our website, valid for 365 days from the date of issue (some brand exclusions may apply - It is your responsibility to contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE). Under no circumstance will refunds be accepted in these instances.
Entertainment Changes
Entertainment Line-ups and performers may change for various reasons such as, and not limited to, illness, travel disruption etc. If The Promoter. The Brunch Club, is unable to be replace the performer, then all reasonable efforts will be taken to fill the entertainment with a suitable substitute. This is in no way a justification for any compensation, or refunds, of any kind if a line-up change occurs.
Ticket Exchanges
The Event Promoter does not accept tickets exchanges or transfers for any The Brunch Club event. All tickets remain non-refundable, even in instances where the purchase can no longer attend the event they have purchased. The Seller, and The Promoter, reserve the right to cancel any ticket discovered to be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the seller, the promoter, venue management, ticketing platform or one of their authorised sub-agents. All purchases in breach of this condition will be voided, and the ticket holder will be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
Accidental Purchases
It is the purchasers’ responsibility to inform the seller of any accidental purchases. Accidental purchases include the wrong location, event theme, time of event. If the purchaser notices that the event they have purchased is wrong and has been made by mistake, they must contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE). The purchaser must notify the seller within 24 hours of the booking confirmation. The seller will then request the purchase is changed and accepted by the promoter, The Brunch Club. If accepted, the seller will confirm a new booking to the purchaser if the product is available. The purchaser will be liable to pay any extra charges required to change ticket types, if the replacement ticket type is more expensive. No partial refunds will be due in cases where the replacement ticket is less in value. In instances where the desired product is not available, a company credit will be provided by the promoter that can be used without limitation to the city or event theme listed on our website, valid for 365 days from the date of issue (some brand exclusions may apply - It is your responsibility to contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE). Under no circumstance will refunds be accepted in these instances. All purchases remain non-refundable as per these terms and conditions.
Food Ordering
All Food orders for The Brunch Club events must be correctly submitted by the Tuesday 17:00pm before your scheduled event. All lead bookers will be contacted with an Automatic Food Reminder 9 days before the event. Please note all “TBC” numbers must be removed for your food choices to be saved and successfully submitted. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to collect all important information from all accompanying tickets holders and notify The Brunch Club. Please detail any special requirements under the relevant food item selected. Once submitted your food orders cannot be changed later, and your order submission is final. Due to the volume of food orders, we can’t adapt, amend or change any meal dishes in advance or on the day. Please be aware any outstanding food orders, not submitted by the 17:00pm Tuesday deadline, will be decided by the venue catering team and their decisions will be final. There will be no cause for refund or compensation should you not receive your preferred meal choice having failed to submit your meal choices in time.
Catering menus can be subject to change due to product availability. Please double check your “My Account” area for food updates or event pages for drink updates.
Menu Information / Dietary Intolerances
All Brunch Club events are listed with menu information relevant to the event on sale. For the purpose of The Brunch Club events listed on this this website, the following terms will be defined as: Gluten Free (GF) / Vegan (VE) / Vegetarian (VG). These options are available at most Brunch Club events, please view the specific menu for each event on the event page you’d like to attend. It is The Purchasers’ responsibility to make sure all accompanying ticket holders are informed of the menu choices and to make the correct selection on behalf of all attendees. For further questions regarding this issue, please contact The Brunch Club customer service team HERE.
Allergies & Special Requests
It is The Purchasers’ responsibility to inform The Brunch Club of customers who suffer from life threatening allergies, anaphylaxis and any dietary intolerances. Please contact The Brunch Club customer service team HERE (selecting “Special Requests”). This will only be confirmed once the promoter has responded in writing. It is also the ticket holder’s responsibility to communicate any allergies / special dietary requirements with the venue on the day of the event.
Food & Drink Service
If you, the purchaser, or any of the accompanying ticket holders have any issues with the service of food or drinks during the event, all issues must be reported with the venue staff and food vendor directly. Neither, The Seller, Like It Love It, nor The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, are responsible for the food or drinks service, and cannot resolve any issues regarding this service. The host venue is responsible for preparing and serving all food or drinks. Under no circumstances will compensation be given by The Seller, nor The Promoter, if any issues with food or drink service take place during the event. All customers must speak to the venue staff on the day, for them to resolve all issues.
Please be aware the host venue reserves the right to refuse service to any customer if levels of intoxication are deemed to be a risk to a specific, and all other attendees. During the event the host venue may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. All venue polices are at the discretion of host venue management. Any issues arising from such policies must be taken up with the host venue management directly. Neither, The Seller, Like It Love It, nor The Event Promoter, The Brunch Club, are responsible for any service conducted for health and safety reasons and cannot resolve any issues regarding this service.
Entrance Policy
All entrance policies are subject to the venues own entrance protocols. During the admission to the event, the host venue may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. All event listings have detailed arrival times, last entry times, including the commencement of any entertainment, food and drink service. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed if the purchaser has arrived after the designated last entry time. If admission is granted, the purchaser accepts that under no circumstances will any refunds or compensation be entitled for late arrival.
Ticket Pricing & Special Discounts
All ticket prices are set by the promoter and may vary depending on each event. The Promoter, The Brunch Club, reserves the right to introduce discounts or promotions at any stage leading up to and during the event taking place. This will not affect the purchasers’ statutory rights, and no entitlement to backdated partial refunds if the tickets have been purchased before any special offers have been introduced.
Please note, customers that require care and assistance can receive one ticket for their carer, at a 50% discounted price, providing satisfactory proof of care and assistance has been supplied. We accept the Access Nimbus card for all examples of proof. For discounted carers promotional tickets, please contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE.
Gift Vouchers
Several companies offer vouchers that can be used in exchange for experiences listed on this website. These vouchers are considered ‘Third Party’ purchases as your transaction have taken place with another company. You will need to contact the company that provided you with your voucher to discuss anything regarding the purchase of the product. Expiration dates are set by the voucher providers; we are unable to extend vouchers for you. Please contact the company that provided your voucher for further information.
– All vouchers, once redeemed, are non-refundable. Please note such vouchers must first be claimed by exchanging the gifted voucher for a new redeemed voucher that will work on The Brunch Club events listed on Like It Love It. Vouchers can be used on any theme, in any location, as listed under The Brunch Club brand on The Sellers website. All bookings made using vouchers are non-transferable. Should the event you have booked not go ahead as planned, you will be credited to the sum of the voucher used. All Brunch Club credits are valid for 12 months from the time your credit is created.
– Please note, only one voucher can be used per transaction. Should The Purchaser complete a purchase without using the voucher code during the booking process, no refunds will be given for monies paid. There is a vigorous booking process that asks for card details. If you believe a voucher has not worked, please do not complete the booking using your preferred payment option. Any payment confirmed is non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding any of our T&C’s please contact Like It Love It's Customer Service Team HERE prior to purchasing your ticket.
– If The Purchaser has purchased a voucher from an affiliate / third-party company, please be aware this does not guarantee a place at the event chosen. You are responsible for checking the availability of the event you would like to attend. If a customer has purchased multiple vouchers and booked multiple bookings for an event, this will not guarantee booking / customers will be accommodated together. We will endeavour to sit customers together; however, this is subject to availability and it is The Purchasers’ responsibility to inform The Brunch Club of the multiple bookings of vouchers at a single event.
Event / Venue Specific Policies
All events are restricted to strictly 18+, unless defined differently in the event description. Please provide valid identification upon entry. You may be asked to provide ID to establish identity and not due to proof of age. All entrance policies are defined by the host venue, neither The Seller, Like It Love It, nor The Promoter, The Brunch Club, has no influence over this policy and is in no way liable for any issues that may arise due to this condition.
Please respect all venue polices. Most venues may operate a No Smoking Policy; the venue reserves the right to eject anyone who does not follow this rule.
All parties in this agreement operate a zero-drug tolerance policy. If The Purchaser or any accompanying ticket holder is seen with drugs in the queue, within the venue or show any signs of drug abuse, all tickets holders under the purchasers booking will be refused entry and / or asked to leave the premises. No refund or compensation will be due in such cases.
Neither The seller, The Promoter, nor the venue management accept any responsibility for any personal property that may be damaged or lost during an event.
The Brunch Club operates a zero-tolerance policy for any forms of verbal or physical abuse and/or discrimination throughout the event or towards any promoters, venue staff or other guests. The Promoter and the venue reserve the right to eject any person in contention of this clause without any compensation.
Under no circumstances is it permitted to the touching of the Performers, Drag Queens, DJ’s, Event / Venue Staff. Any purchaser and accompanying ticket holder found to be inappropriately touching any staff member, will result in immediate ejection of the event. Under no circumstances will any compensation be due in such circumstances.
Photography and videography will be taken at the event and may be posted on our online platforms. By purchasing a ticket you agree for The Brunch Club & it’s Partners to use the material for promotional purposes.
Some host venues may deliver events outdoors. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to be aware and check this when completing your purchase as your booking & all bookings will be non-refundable and cannot be cancelled due to weather. The promoter holds the right to postpone the event in severe weather. All instances of such cases will follow the terms and conditions relating to “Postponed Events”.
Prohibited Photography, Recording, and Reproduction of Protected Material
All Ticket Purchases, customers, attendees, or users (collectively, "you") are strictly prohibited from taking photographs, making audio or video recordings, or otherwise capturing, reproducing, replicating, distributing, or transmitting any entertainment, performances, visual displays, audio content, materials, or other elements presented or displayed during the event, service, or on the premises (collectively, "Content") without the express prior written consent of The Seller / The Event Promoter / The Venue / Any Third Party Agent. Much of the Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised capture, reproduction, replication, distribution, public display, or transmission of such Content constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of The Seller / The Event Promoter / The Venue / Any Third-Party Agent. In the event of a breach of this provision, you agree to immediately cease such activity upon request and to promptly remove, delete, or destroy any infringing content from all platforms, devices, or media under your control, including but not limited to social media, websites, cloud storage, or personal devices. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises, revocation of access, termination of services, and/or legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, or enforcement of intellectual property rights. By attending the event, purchasing a ticket, or using the services, you acknowledge and agree to these restrictions.
Photosensitive Epilepsy (Seizures induced by light stimulation)
If you have an epileptic condition or have had seizures, consult your doctor prior to attending one of our events and consider medical advice before deciding to attend an event. Some individuals are sensitive to flashing or flickering lights or geometric shapes and patterns, some people may have an undetected epileptic condition. Our events take place in multiple venues across the world, and we must advise that in all venues, lighting and large LED screens may be used that maybe sensitive to people with Photosensitive Epilepsy. Neither The Seller, nor The Promoter, nor The Host Venues, are in no way liable for any ill effects caused by this feature. All customers that attend such events, do so at their own risk, having considered the possible side effects this may have on an individuals’ health.
Disability / Accessibility
We understand disabilities can vary and impact people in a wide variety of ways. We aim to provide events for everyone, this is however dependent on the facilities that venues may offer. To ensure that all our users are treated fairly and inclusively, we take the position that all customers should consider their personal circumstances before booking an event. If a customer’s requires further information regarding the facilities and accessibility of a venue, direct communication needs to be held between the host venue and customer. Like It Love It are in no way responsible, and, or liable for any failure in services directly and or indirectly associated with the facilities of the host venue and how this may or may not be suitable for a person with any disability. If a customer is happy to book an event with Like It Love It, we take the position that the customer is happy to attend the event having considered the venue, deeming any and or elements of the show and premises appropriate for any reason. Any customer who purchases a Like It Love It event will be protected and governed by the same set of terms and conditions in this document. Feedback and Complaints
Before filing a complaint, please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions above. If you would still like to leave feedback for your event experience, please follow these instructions.
Only the lead purchaser can contact The Brunch Club to raise official feedback. To raise feedback, please complete the enquiry form found HERE and select “customer feedback”. Please provide the Name, Order Number and Email address of the lead booker who completed the purchase. All complaints must be submitted within a maximum of 2 working days following the event taking place. As there is multiple third parties involved in the process of selling and delivering events, please allow 10 working days for all complaints to be resolved. We aim to resolve any issues raised as quickly as possible, this process can take time as we need to liaise with all parties to raise and discuss this information. Any subsequent action will require the approval from the promoter, the host venue, or any other supplier we work with to find a resolution.
